Katyayani Singh

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from Xavier’s Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar. My academic background includes a post-graduation in Organizational Behaviour and a graduation in Economics, which have provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and economic principles in the workplace. My areas of interest include leadership management, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and employee engagement.I had the opportunity to work in the industry for a year, where I gained practical insights that I now integrate into my teaching at Sri Balaji University, Pune. In addition to my professional interests, I am passionate about reading and traveling, always seeking to broaden my perspective and learn from new experiences.
