Experience- 18 years of dedicated experience in academia and research, she specializes in areas such as Business Analytics, Human Resource Strategy, Competency Frameworks, and Emotional Intelligence.

Technical Skills- MS Excel, Advanced Excel, SPSS, AMOS, and Tableau.

Education- PhD in HRM, MBA in HRM & Marketing, Executive Program on HR Analytics and Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics

Training & Consultancy- Resource person and curriculum development for HR Analytics certification program at NHRDN and ISTD, Pune Chapter. Consultancy services in Renuka Sugars Ltd, Sigma Engineering, Dehu Road Police Station, & Advik Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. She has been a resource person in the prestigious AICTE-sponsored ATAL FDP on Business Analytics & Technology Management in Education in December 2023.

Research- Authored two books and published 30 research papers, two published patents and serve as an Editorial Board Member of Pen Acclaims India. Life Member of ISTD Pune Chapter and membership in NHRDN and O-HR Pune.

Awards- Outstanding Faculty Award in HR & Analytics at the 6th Asia Africa Award of Excellence (December 2022) and the Women Achiever’s Award by Punekar News for dedication and service to academia (March 2024).
