Dr. Nutan Samdani

Dr. Nutan Samdani is currently working as an Associate Professor at Sri Balaji University’s Balaji Institute of Modern Management and is deputed in the Research & Development Cell of the University. She is also an office bearer of the SRUJAN – Entrepreneurship Development & Incubation Centre. She is an experienced academician teaching students at the post-graduate level. She has achieved her bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E.) with an Electronics & Telecommunications specialization from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. She further continued her education with a Master in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University (Formerly known as the University of Pune) and an MBA in HR from Punjab Technical University. She is a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). Before starting her academic career, she worked with IBM India in Project Management Competency. She is a certified Graphologist, Counsellor, and Psychotherapist. She is passionate about teaching and loves to explore new areas of teaching and research. Her areas of interest include – Organizational Behaviour, HRM, and Entrepreneurship.
