Dr Neera Singh​

Dr. Neera Singh has a career span of 20 years and has worked at various prestigious institutes across India is currently associated with Sri Balaji University, PUNE. She was awarded PhD. in English Literature and in HRM. She completed her Trainer course from ISTD scoring highest marks in HRD. She was the University topper in English Literature. She was the recipient of award of Women Education Leader in HR/OB Area by World Education Congress, Mumbai for 2022.
She has written several research papers and articles in interest of HR Analytics, Emotional Labor, and other cotemporary areas of Behavioral Science. She has chaired technical session in National and International Conferences. She has also been part of the panel for faculty selection.
She has conducted MDPs on the topic of HR Analytics, Leadership Development and Emotional labor for Nurses at Ahmedabad. She was resource person at ISTD, Silvassa chapter..
She has also rendered her services as an HR consultant to organizations in the textile sector.
She has been invited as an expert in the Review Committee of several universities in Gujarat for PhD thesis evaluation.
