Dr. Meha Saxena​

Dr. Meha Saxena is an accomplished academic with a Ph.D. in Marketing from IIS (deemed to be University) and has qualified UGC NET in 2012. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Retail Management and Human Resource Management, as well as a B.Tech. in Food Technology. Additionally, she completed Lead Auditor Training in ISO 22000 in 2010. Currently, Meha serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Management at Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune, a position she has held since July 2024. Her previous roles include Sr. Assistant Professor at IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management & Research in Gurgaon and Quality Manager at VR Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Her areas of expertise encompass Quantitative Techniques, Business Research, Production & Operations Management, and Managerial Economics. Meha is actively involved in various Institutional committees, including the NAAC Team, NSS and Cultural Club. She has presented research papers at numerous national and international conferences and has published works in respected journals, focusing on consumer behavior and food label information. Meha’s contributions to academia reflect her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field.
