My area of work and specialization are in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and General Management. It specifically focused on Employee and Employer Relations. Awarded Ph.D. in Industrial Relation in HR domain. I am currently pursuing D.Sc. through Research. I have completed Master in Management Science ( MMS ), Master in Personnel Management ( MPM ), Diploma in Business Management ( DBM), Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (DLL and LW), Diploma in Human Resource Development ( DHRD ), Diploma in Materials Management ( DMatM ), Advance Diploma in Computer software System & Analysis ( ADCSSAA ), B.Sc.( Physics), Fergusson College, Pune. I have associates with industries as certified Labour Welfare officer, Government of Maharashtra. I have written 3 books i.e. Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Cases on Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations. I have written 22 research papers in the field of Industrial Relation specifically worked on Automobile sectors with Core Manufacturing and Auto Ancillary Industries. I am having total work experience of 22 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. It includes the industrial experience 7 years in industries like Tata Motors, Safari Industries etc. and teaching post graduate level 15 years. I have filed One Patent. I am Teacher, Consultant and Trainer in the field of Management. During consultancy, worked on Leadership, Team building, Motivation, Performance Improvement, Conflict Management and Developing Employee and Employer Relations. I am regularly conducted Management Development Programs (MDP) for various industries. I am a Ph.D. guide and currently guiding two students. Awarded as “Best Teacher” in year 2009 and awarded for contribution in the field of Higher Education 2022. I am invited as “Speaker” in “World Education Summit 2019” held in Mumbai.
